Procurement object divided into lots 

NOTE! This section only in notices created using the new criteria 

  • Select whether the procurement object has been divided into lots 
    • If you select yes, sub-areas will be created in procurement object criteria, and a different supplier can be selected for each sub-area 
      • If the procurement has been divided into lots, partial tenders can be allowed 
    • If you select no, the procurement will be treated as a turnkey procurement. You can create groups in the procurement object criteria section, but the supplier selection will be made collectively for the entire procurement. 
      • If the procurement has not been divided into lots, partial tenders cannot be allowed





Partial tenders within sub areas allowed *

  • Select whether partial tenders within sub areas will be allowed
    • The default selection is ‘No’
    • If you select ‘Yes’, partial tenders within subareas will be allowed and tenderers may opt for not submitting a tender for specific object groups included in the procurement. This means that they can close specific procurement sub areas as not tendered in the Supplier Portal, but are required to submit a tender for all the objects being procured within the sub area

NOTE! If you wish to allow partial tenders within a specific sub area, this command needs to be entered on the ‘Procurement object criteria’ tab in the ‘Partial tenders within sub area allowed’ sub area edit view.



Alternate tenders accepted *

  • Select whether an alternative tender will be accepted
    • The default selection is ‘No’
    • If you select ‘Yes’, the text will be included in the call for tenders pdf document



Non-compliant bids are allowed

    • The default selection is ‘No’
    • If you select ‘Yes’, the text will be included in the call for tenders pdf document and all criteria-related checks will be removed from the system, in which case tenderers will not be required to meet the minimum requirements defined in the call for tenders in order to be able to submit their tenders


Procurement reserved for work centres, or for execution in connection with work programmes*

  • Select whether the procurement is to be reserved for work centres, or for execution in connection with work programmes*
    • The default selection is ‘No’
    • If you select ‘Yes’, the text will be included in the call for tenders pdf document
