Send a request for comments

  • Click on “Send an email preview”. In the window that appears, specify the following:
    • Select “Request comments” if you would like recipients to provide comments 
      • Set a deadline for comments 
    • “Recipients”: enter or copy/paste email addresses here, each on a separate row 
    • “Sender name”: enter the name that should be displayed as the email sender 
    • “Message header”: enter the text that should be displayed as the email's subject 
    • “Message”: enter the actual message/text here. You can edit the default text 
  • Send the request for comments by clicking the “Send an email” button 


  • The recipients will receive an email that will contain a link to join the comment thread
    • Commenters must send their comments by the deadline 


Viewing comments:

  • When a commenter sends comments on a call for tenders, the contact person related to the call for tenders receives a notification by email. The message also includes the content of the comment
  • When comments have been received, a new link entitled “Received comments” appears under the “Send preview by email” link  
    • Click the link to open the comments that have been received
