Active notices
Ended notices


Each notice has a status-specific information page, which can be accessed by selecting the notice status in the archiving view and then a call for tenders with the status in question


 

Tenders in progress
 

When a notice is in the draft phase, it will be listed in the “In progress” folder

  • Select the “In progress” folder 
  • Select the tendering process that you would like to open from the list 
  • The summary of the selected tendering process will open in the right-hand pane 

 

Top navigation bar:

  • Delete notification 
    • The system requests confirmation of deletion 
      • Select “OK” and the notice in progress will be deleted from the system 
      • Cancel this selection and return to the information page view 
  • Documents  
  • Internal discussion  

 

Information shown on the “In progress” information page:

  • Procurement name and numerical ID 
  • Notice type, comparison criteria 
  • Open the notice in PDF format 
  • Open the notice in HTML format 
  • Create a new notice using this as a template  
    • If the organisation is using the test environment 
      • Copy the call for tenders to the test environment  
  • Create a contract notice based on this prior information notice (EU prior information notices) 
  • Create a contract award notice based on this contract notice (EU contract notices) 
  • Copy to a template
  • Discussion message window (if internal discussion has been held) 
  • When notice was started and last edited
  • Created by and edited by 

 

The view will also show:

  • Edit the notice

Active notices  


When a notice has been published it will be transferred into the “Active” folder

  • Select the “Active” folder 
  • Select the tendering process that you would like to open from the list 
  • The summary of the selected tendering process will open in the right-hand pane

Ended notices


When a notice has passed its deadline it will be transferred into the “Ended” folder

  • Select the “Ended” folder 
  • Select the tendering process that you would like to open from the list 
  • The summary of the selected tendering process will open in the right-hand pane
